We do offer express shipping for certain countries. Please contact us for further information.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
We sincerely hope you are happy with your TOBI purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange providing the goods are returned within a 7 day period in an unworn and unused condition. (after receiving your parcel)
Please note that there are no returns on Sale Items.

Please also note that returns are currently not free of charge and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. The shipping cost for exchange products will be paid by the customer as well. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.
In case you received a defect product. Please send those products back to us. After we received the defect product the return shipping cost will be paid refunded by us.

We ship from our warehouse in Ho chi minh city. Import duties may accrue depending on your country. Import taxes will be paid by the buyer.
RETURN AND REFUND
Items purchased during sale or Vault events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For all international returns, they are shipped to a dedicated Rebound HUB before being transferred in bulk back to our warehouse facility. For all international times, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 5 working days for refunds & exchanges to be processed.
Please note, if the portal states "Delivered to HUB", this means your return is still at the Rebound international HUB and NOT our warehouse facility.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
International customers have 14 days to send your items back to us. Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future! To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return and international order?’ section.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?
We do not accept returns on any underwear garments. (Including socks)
HOW DO I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label. When creating your return label, you’ll have a choice of returning via your local logistic options.
1.To start your return, you’ll need your order number.
2.Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time.
3.Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.
4.Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No worries – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which printer-less options are available in the portal.)
5.Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 5 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reach us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate this for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can track your return here.
MULTIPLE RETURNED ORDERS
If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility.
