What delivery options do I have?

• DHL /EMS/ within 5 -15 business days with tracking number.
• We do offer express shipping for certain countries. Please contact us for further information.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Exchanges

We sincerely hope you are happy with your TOBI purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange providing the goods are returned within a 7 day period in an unworn and unused condition. (after receiving your parcel)

Please note that there are no returns on Sale Items.

Please email hello@tobistreetwear.com for assistance with any returns. Please also note that returns are currently not free of charge and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. The  shipping cost for exchange products will be paid by the customer as well. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.

In case you received a defect product. Please send those products back to us. After we received the defect product the return shipping cost will be paid refunded by us.
